ACCESSTEST COLLECTIVE is an artist collaborative led by disabled activist Cecelia Black that seeks to build socially engaged projects and site-specific public art installations in King County showcasing experiences of walking down the street from the perspective of non-drivers and people with disabilities.

Our collaborative builds an archive of cultural capital, innovative artmaking, and public interventions that highlight activism and policy change serving as a forum for conversations around who we design our cities for, and how we can better design for all communities.
